we just don't know what to do, and we don't know what will make you happy. the "flying bugged" comment is not a hint or any form of foreshadowing. because the closest thing to the ender dragon in Fallout is a Deathclaw! and they don't fly! well, not without being bugged. But we don't know what to do with the ender dragon at all. our idea is that it would be like some kind of tranquility lounger. So on another matter, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions, because there are still some things that are not done, like the ender.
